H2S Sweetening Package

Developed a water reuse strategy to reduce operational costs and engineering design of two water storage ponds and water treatment facility. Made water treatment recommendations and chemical modelling services to find the most cost effective equipment, chemicals and processes for water treatment.

Bonanza Ledge Mine Water Treatment Plant Design Commissioning and Operations Support

Mine Water Treatment Plant

Water Treatment Plant Design, Commissioning, & Operations Support Project Overview Integrated Sustainability provided the design of treatment system upgrades, followed by commissioning of a moving bed biofilm reactor to address nitrogen removal. Once operational, the team transitioned into continuous operations support, providing experienced personnel and engineering oversight to maintain

Nine H2S Scavenger Packages

Design-build turnkey delivery of nine H2S scavenging skids, including two of the largest H2S scavenging skid packages in Alberta.

Modular Water Treatment System – Permian Basin

Design, Build, Finance, and Operation of a dedicated 4,000 m3/d water treatment facility for on-demand water recycle. Provided the design and operation of the facility with guaranteed performance to customer on fixed price $/m3 treatment.

Wastewater Containment Structures

Provided the siting, geotechnical investigation, preliminary/detailed engineering, regulatory package, procurement, and construction services required for 2 x 50,000 m3 saline water storage ponds in NE BC. Collected orthorectified imagery with an Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV), which was used to provide periodic excavation and fill volumes. Provided onsite QA/QC construction services. Successful in obtaining approval from BC Regulator. Implementation of an innovative outtake system.

Water Intake Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management

Integrated Sustainability was retained by the client to design a revised river intake that reduces the volume of sediment that is introduced into the raw water supply system. The revised system is to provide increased reliability and easier maintenance. The new design would need to be completed and submitted to receive regulatory approval within a condensed timeline.

Produced Water Hub

The client requested that Integrated Sustainability transform an existing borrow pit into a Lined Water Storage Pond/Water Hub in northeast British Columbia. The Pond will be used to store a combination of hydraulic fracturing fluid (flowback) and make-up source water, which could include saline groundwater, freshwater, or a combination of the two.
