Hydrogen Sulphide Treatment
Project Overview
Integrated Sustainability designed a modular sweetening system to treat marginally sour gas. We were engaged to deliver a permanent hydrogen sulfide scavenger package, developing a dual-train skid-mounted solution to reduce inlet hydrogen sulfide concentrations from up to 2,000 parts per million to a guaranteed 4 parts per million.
Project Deliverables
- Completed a design basis document for all process and mechanical criteria.
- Designed a modular dual-train treatment skid with full piping integration.
- Specified chemical pumps with automated flow control and redundancy.
- Prepared engineering drawings including flow diagrams and vessel layouts.
- Defined monitoring systems for flow, pressure, and hydrogen sulfide levels.
- Outlined electrical supply, control panel, and cable routing requirements.
- Incorporated air and noise emission controls for regulatory compliance.
- Confirmed final skid design met all shipping and installation constraints.
