Mine Water Treatment Facility Consolidation and Equipment Supply
Project Highlights
Integrated Sustainability conducted a three-phase engagement to optimise and consolidate legacy water treatment operations. First, a transition study assessed existing process requirements and water storage scenarios to develop optimisation options. Next, detailed design deliverables—including design basis memoranda, piping and instrumentation diagrams, three-dimensional models and electrical schematics—were produced. Finally, prefabricated equipment packages were supplied for retrofit to enable seamless plant upgrade.
Project Deliverables
- Completed a technical memorandum detailing transition phase water treatment process requirements, water balance analysis, gap assessment and trade-off evaluation for optimisation solutions
- Delivered a detailed design basis report defining treatment criteria, constituent removal targets, process and instrumentation basis, civil and structural requirements and electrical load summaries
- Developed block flow diagrams, detailed piping and instrumentation diagrams, three-dimensional plant arrangement models and plot plans in accordance with agreed scope
- Prepared prefabricated process equipment packages including chemical dosing skids, membrane feed and reverse-osmosis pump assemblies, instrumentation enclosures and storage tanks, prewired and pre-piped for rapid installation
