Nine H2S Scavenger Packages

Design-build turnkey delivery of nine H2S scavenging skids, including two of the largest H2S scavenging skid packages in Alberta.

Modular Water Treatment System – Permian Basin

Design, Build, Finance, and Operation of a dedicated 4,000 m3/d water treatment facility for on-demand water recycle. Provided the design and operation of the facility with guaranteed performance to customer on fixed price $/m3 treatment.

Water Hub & Intake Pipe

Integrated Sustainability was retained to execute the design phase of the client’s Water Hub and Intake Pipeline infrastructure project. The Water Hub and associated infrastructure was required to store and distribute 300,000 m³ of water between two storage ponds, while the Intake Pipeline utilized a pumping system to transport the water over 5.5 km from the source to the Water Hub.

Produced Water Recycling Facility

Montney Field Development Phase 1 Water Treatment Facility

The water treatment system will provide treatment of produced water generated from the client’s operations. The water treatment system will treat for total suspended solids, iron, hydrogen sulphide, and bacteria. Treated produced water will meet the client’s post-treatment requirements.

Preliminary engineering design, and detailed design for two water storage ponds and a produced water treatment facility.

Produced Water Strategy & Hub Design

Conduct a produced water reuse strategy, preliminary engineering design and site investigation, and detailed design for two water storage ponds and a produced water treatment facility.

Wastewater Treatment and Disposal

Decentralized wastewater treatment plant and disposal design for a large exploration camp in a remote location in the Yukon Territory. Extreme cold temperatures as low as -60°C were expected at the camp.
