Project Highlights
Integrated Sustainability provided support for multiple mine water treatment plants, beginning with diagnostics and dosing assistance for the barium chloride circuit we then conducted onsite reverse-osmosis and nanofiltration membrane change-outs, we then provided rotating shifts to enable sustained continuous operations during critical spring periods.
Project Deliverables
- Provided diagnostics and adjustments for the barium chloride dosing circuit, including pump calibration, flow verification and system flushing procedures.
- Completed membrane element replacement campaign, removing and installing seventy-eight reverse-osmosis and nanofiltration membranes with daily progress and health-and-safety tracking.
- Mobilized water treatment engineers and operators on rotating two-week shifts to maintain continuous operations during critical spring periods.
- Provided standby engineering support for operational adjustments, procedure refinements and troubleshooting.
