Project Highlights
Integrated Sustainability assumed full operational responsibility five months into operation of a water treatment plant. The team focused on optimizing operation systems, resolving outstanding commissioning work, and preparing the plant for care and maintenance operations. Priorities included optimizing performance of the moving bed biofilm reactor system, developing tailored standard operating procedures, and implementing a reliable maintenance and reporting framework.
Project Deliverables
- Prepared site-specific standard operating procedures and finalized safe operating procedures based on observed and documented practices.
- Delivered a 12-month maintenance plan and spares forecast, along with a detailed gap analysis for critical parts and consumables.
- Conducted an operations gap assessment and finalized the inventory list for transition-readiness.
- Provided continuous engineering support to refine maintenance strategies and resolve technical challenges identified during the care and maintenance transition.
- Developed site-specific data collection, calibration, and dosing adjustment procedures based on current system performance and site configuration.
