Mine Water Treatment Plant Operations

Mine Water Treatment Plant Operations Support

Developed a water reuse strategy to reduce operational costs and engineering design of two water storage ponds and water treatment facility. Made water treatment recommendations and chemical modelling services to find the most cost effective equipment, chemicals and processes for water treatment.

Modular Water Treatment System – Permian Basin

Design, Build, Finance, and Operation of a dedicated 4,000 m3/d water treatment facility for on-demand water recycle. Provided the design and operation of the facility with guaranteed performance to customer on fixed price $/m3 treatment.

Waste Process Optimization for Operating Cost Reduction

Integrated Sustainability investigated opportunities to improve the management of waste at a gas processing facility in British Columbia in order to achieve operational cost savings. The team was also tasked with developing Class 5 estimates regarding CAPEX investments required to achieve OPEX savings.

Water Reuse for Slickwater Hydraulic Fracturing Activities

The client had requested that Integrated Sustainability complete a Water Reuse Strategy Evaluation that provided a recommendation regarding a water treatment process and associated infrastructure including storage, treatment processes, and equipment.

Water Stream Mixing Analysis & Modelling

Integrated Sustainability was asked to evaluate source water from a different formation in order to reduce the pressure in this formation. This was done to mitigate risk associated with the increasing pressure on an existing disposal water aquifer.

Disposal Water Solids Mitigation

Investigate solutions to mitigate unexpected solids in the blowdown and regen streams upstream of the disposal wells at a SAGD facility. The investigation required lab analyses of the filter solids, a process study of each facility and chemical modelling to determine the root causes behind solid formation.
