Mine Water Transfer & Treatment Plant

Mine Water Transfer & Treatment Plant

Mine water transfer and treatment project designed for seasonal extraction at 65L/s. Used 8” layflat hose and 3” HDPE pipeline for water discharge. Focused on removing ammonia and nitrate using MBBRs with 432 m³/day capacity. Delivered full engineering from concept to permitting, optimizing processes to reduce cost and footprint.

Active Water Treatment Cost Estimate To Remove Arsenic

Active Water Treatment Options for Arsenic Removal

Active arsenic removal process estsimate costs to meet IFC targets, proposing hydroxide precipitation with iron co-precipitation, reverse osmosis, and ion exchange. The project focuses on sustainable water management, design optimization, and reintroducing treated water to meet environmental standards.

Modular Wastewater Treatment Plant for a Remote Mining Camp in the Yukon

Modular Wastewater Treatment and Disposal for a Remote Camp

Designed a wastewater treatment plant and disposal for remote location in the Yukon. Treatment allowed effluent to be discharged to the surface in the surrounding soils. Freeze measures were also put into place to ensure freezing within pipes did not occur.

Mine Camp Water Management & Infrastructure Planning

Mine Camp Water Management & Infrastructure Planning

Conducted assessment of groundwater wells to provide potable water to the camp water treatment plant and reviewed septic storage and effluent system. Performed engineering review of camp drinking water system to confirm water sanitation and system function

Alaskan Mine Water Treatment Plant Design

Mine Water Treatment Plant Feasibility Level Design

Studied and designed solution for sustainable treatment concepts to be integrated into the active water management strategy. Provided background research on water volume and chemistry analysis. Supported engineering deliverables and supplied operating costs.

Mine Water Treatment Facility Panorama

Mine Water Treatment Plant – Northern B.C.

Major constituent removal was focused on selenium and metals and was designed to treat water to environmental discharge criteria. The selenium treatment system can perform up to 6,500 m3/day. The metals remove system can perform up to 16,000 m3/day. Integrated Sustainability provided discipline engineering including plant layout optimization and piping design to maximize performance while reducing footprint and cost.
