Project Highlights
Integrated Sustainability supported the transfer of a high-density sludge lime treatment facility from private operation to the provincial authority. We completed a multi-phase inspection program; structural, mechanical, and electrical systems were assessed to identify components nearing end-of-life and evaluate risks to effluent quality.
Project Deliverables
- Conducted phased inspections during both operations and shutdowns to assess the condition of treatment equipment, structural elements, and electrical systems.
- Reviewed maintenance logs, operating procedures, and design documentation to identify equipment risks and inspection focus areas.
- Delivered condition ratings, estimated remaining service life, and a remediation plan for priority components across all systems.
- Inspected control systems and electrical infrastructure for alarm performance, system reliability, and upgrade requirements.
- Assessed groundwater pumping systems, lime sludge transfer routes, and storage capacity at the waste management area.
