Mine Site Water Treatment Plant Inspection
Project Highlights
Integrated Sustainability completed an inspection of a Mine Water Treatment Plant using a high-density sludge lime treatment to remove dissolved metals. The inspection process reviewed key equipment, operational documentation, and safety measures, supporting the plant’s successful operation.
Project Deliverables
- Major equipment inspections were conducted on components such as the Acid Rock Drainage transfer pipes, flow meters, High Density Sludge lime treatment system, clarifier, sludge pump station, and lime slaker system
- The clarifier stage enabled proper removal of metal precipitates, while effluent was discharged into a water body at 50 meters depth. Completed a detailed documentation review of as-built records, maintenance logs, and operational procedures to confirm alignment with contract expectations
- Executed visual and structural condition assessments for priority equipment and infrastructure components, focusing on assets previously rated as deficient or inaccessible
- Provided a single-point technical project manager responsible for cost control, milestone tracking, and client communications throughout the inspection program
