The client retained Integrated Sustainability for the purpose of conducting a compliance assessment and the development of a regulatory maintenance plan for their operations.
The Result
The outcomes of this project comprised of the following:
- Conducting a regulatory risk assessment workshop and establishing a risk record
- Identifying and verifying all applicable codes and regulations
- Evaluating the company’s existing operational methods and execution of regulatory compliance
- Performing a gap analysis comparing regulatory requirements and current operational methods to identify areas of improvement
- Assisted with the transition of the regulatory data into the company’s internal management system
- Developed a regulatory compliance Action Plan to ensure continues regulatory monitoring and compliance
