Integrated Sustainability was retained to provide on-site operational support for an low density sludge water treatment system bulk sample project. A comprehensive optimization plan was developed to guide future improvements, considering operability, reliability, and environmental factors.
Project Deliverables
- Conducted a comprehensive background information review, culminating in a site visit execution plan that outlines validation processes, safety protocols, and remote monitoring strategies.
- Supplied long-lead equipment, including the selection, inspection, and storage of equipment, with a focus on obsolete equipment replacement and timely shipping logistics.
- Assessed aster treatment plant infrastructure, validate existing conditions, and explore opportunities for automation and telemetry installation.
- Conducted an options analysis workshop to develop a conceptual retrofit plan and confirm execution steps, followed by a detailed schedule for later phases.
