The Challenge
Integrated Sustainability was retained to repair and old sewer outfall which required replacement for continued use by the community. A portion of the outfall section to be repaired or replaced lies in sensitive tidal habitat.
The Result
Integrated Sustainability evaluated multiple options for pipe repair considering the capital cost, the environmental and regulatory implications, and the ease of construction. The option to install a cure in place pipe liner was chosen by the client.
