The Challenge
Integrated Sustainability was tasked with identifying technically and economically viable options with regards to power generation for a new mine.
Deliverables included:
- Demonstration of potential viability for one or two options, then determine a single option to take to feasibility
- Risk analysis, fatal flaws and major risk identification
- Detailed financial models
The Result
Integrated Sustainability investigated the best potential options for alternative power generation, including modular high and medium speed bi-fuel generators capable of using LNG, hydrogen fuel cells, wind turbines, and solar power.
