Integrated Sustainability was retained to work closely with an well-known Oil and Gas producer to develop their in-augural public-facing Sustainability Report.
- Conducted individual interviews with the client's executive team and facilitated a materiality workshop with key management members to identify priority ESG material topics.
- Carried out a comprehensive data analysis using robust questionnaires and stakeholder interviews to establish baselines for current operations and gain a clear understanding of the organization and its culture.
- Organized climate-related risk assessment and scenario analysis workshops to assist the client in determining their resilience towards climate change.
- Integrated the client's sustainability vision and strategy into existing day-to-day activities and processes.
- Conducted a thorough benchmarking assessment to support the development of subsequent goals and targets aligned with the client's material topics, thereby facilitating progress on their ESG journey.
