Funding for Northern British Columbia Hydrogen Hub
The Pacific Economic Development Agency of Canada (PacifiCan) has announced funding to the City of Prince George to develop a regional Hydrogen Hub for Central and Northern British Columbia. This initiative supports Canada’s Hydrogen Strategy, while also creating jobs, attracting investments, and boosting business revenues in the region.
Other key features include the Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) requesting feedback on the Draft Directive 065: Resources Applications for Oil and Gas Reservoirs, and the amendment to the Blueberry River First Nations Agreement Regulation following the implementation of the HV1-C Gundy Complex Plan (Gundy Plan) and the Halfway River First Nation (HRFN) Landscape Planning Pilot (LPP).
