Integrated Sustainability Named One of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers 2018

Calgary, April 13, 2018 – Integrated Sustainability has been named as one of Canada’s Top Small & Medium Employers presented by Mediacorp Canada Inc.

As a leader in water management science, consulting, engineering, and advisory services in Western Canada, Integrated Sustainability is proud to be among Canada’s top employers.

First created in 2014 by the editorial team at Canada’s Top 100 Employers, the national award recognizes outstanding private-sector commercial organizations with fewer than 500 employees that demonstrate forward-thinking human resource policies.

“For most working Canadians, it really is like finding the Holy Grail,” says Richard Yerema, Managing Editor of the Canada’s Top 100 Employers project at Mediacorp Canada Inc. “These employers offer fun, interesting, engaged workplaces where you can still get benefits like good maternity top – up or a decent retirement savings plan. It’s an attractive combination for employees looking to get the best of both worlds.”

“We put a flag up asking people who wanted to build a career in water to come together as a family group,” says Stuart Torr, President of Integrated Sustainability. “That’s the prime differentiator for us – we are a specialty home for a broad range of water professionals.”

Integrated Sustainability and this year’s other winners are featured in a special magazine published nationally in the April 13th issue of The Globe and Mail as well as http://bit.ly/2H8E6rX
