Integrated Sustainability Named In Canada’s Top 100 SME Employers Award for 5th Successive Year.

CALGARY, Alberta: On the 5th of April, 2022, The Globe and Mail named Integrated Sustainability one of Canada’s top 100 employers for the 5th consecutive occasion.

The 2022 award win recognizes Integrated Sustainability’s dedication to staff’s continuous professional development and additional maternity and paternity salary support. This year’s alumni include household names such as Fresh Prep Foods Inc. and FreshBooks, with previous winners including East Side Games and the Rocky Mountaineer.

“Integrated were essential to supporting me through my MSc accreditation during a hectic year for me both professionally and personally,” says Jamie Peters, Regulatory Manager, “The support provided is more than financial, and I am grateful to my colleagues for the care and appreciation provided throughout my studies.”

The theme for this year’s award focused on agility and the flexibility to react quickly to challenging circumstances. Speaking about the company’s cultural endeavours, Vice President of Science and Consulting, Tanya Cairns, expands on a foray into the brewing business with partners Rocky View Brewing to build community during Covid enforced isolation.

“Here was a chance to do something fun while diversifying our business. We held a painting party for the taproom and helped pitch beer names. Many of our staff attended the soft opening in December, and we’ve enjoyed playing a part in launching what’s now quite a popular establishment in Cochrane.”
