Water Treatment System Integration Services

Protect start-up schedules with consolidated system installation

Water Treatment Equipment

Our approach to multi-unit installation

Driving a higher-level of on-site accountability and schedule maintenance

Installation responsibility can sometimes be divided by vendor or package, and system-level coordination is often left implicit. Our role is to coordinate how installed systems come together in line with overall system design, supporting predictable construction progress and clean transition into commissioning.

This includes aligning interfaces, sequencing installation activities, and coordinating cross-package dependencies so commissioning does not inherit unresolved installation coordination issues. The result is a constructed system ready for commissioning as a system, not just a collection of completed scopes.

Coordinating system installation

By taking ownership of system-level readiness decisions across vendors and packages, commissioning risk is predicted and actively controlled, rather than absorbed during testing and start-up.

sustained performance

Schedule certainty through coordinated installation

Higher accountability through installation enables commissioning to focus on validating wider system performance rather than isolating installation-readiness issues across individual packages.

This deepens understanding of the built system, enabling operational processes to be attuned to the system capabilities and to drive long-term performance.

Industrial & Domestic Water Treatment Systems

How is this different from construction management or site coordination?

Construction management focuses on delivering defined scopes to plan. Integration Services focus on what sits between those scopes: preparing the system as a whole for commissioning where responsibility is otherwise divided across vendors or packages.

Can this be covered during QA/QC?

Commissioning validates system behavior once testing begins. Integration Services operate earlier and alongside construction teams, aligning interfaces, configuration, and readiness assumptions that affect how commissioning can proceed. This allows commissioning to focus on performance and operability rather than resolving readiness across packages.

How does this relate to your construction services?

Where Integrated Sustainability is retained for construction services, installation coordination forms part of that scope. Where construction management is provided by others, Integration Services can be applied independently to align system readiness across packages and vendors.

Does this include controls and instrumentation?

Yes. Electrical, control, and instrumentation readiness are coordinated alongside process systems to support system-level testing and start-up.

If delivery is split across vendors, who owns system readiness?

Integration Services address system readiness where responsibility is divided across vendors or packages. The service coordinates readiness across interfaces and dependencies so commissioning can start on time and focus on system performance rather than handover coordination.
