Canada’s 1st Commercial Scale Produced Water Recycling Plant – Treating 11,000 m3/d

Integrated Sustainability designed and supplied equipment for a 11,000 m³/d produced water recycling plant inclusive of two project phases. The project marked Canada’s 1st commercial produced water reuse facility at this scale.

Integrated Sustainability designed a decentralized wastewater treatment and disposal system for a 400-person Yukon exploration camp, integrating packaged treatment, subsurface infiltration, freeze protection, and groundwater monitoring.

600 m3/d Potable Water Treatment Plant Design & Build

Integrated Sustainability designed and built potable and wastewater treatment plants for an Indigenous community, delivering 600 m³/d capacity while reusing existing equipment and reducing grid reliance.

20+ Modular H2S Scavenger Packages Design and Delivered to US & Canadian Clients

Integrated Sustainability has designed/built over 20 H2S scavenging skids, including 2 of the largest H2S scavenging skid packages in Alberta with each skid having the capacity to treat up to 10,000 ppm of total sulfur content.

4,000,000 gpd Treatment Facility Upgrade

Integrated Sustainability upgraded the 4,000,000 gpd South Coast Collection and Treatment Facility in Barbados, integrating screening and grit removal into live operations to improve solids capture and operator safety.

Seawater Reverse Osmosis Treatment Plant Operations & Maintenance

Integrated Sustainability has operated and maintained two Curtain Bluff Resort water systems in Antigua, supporting seawater reverse osmosis drinking water and membrane bioreactor wastewater treatment.

Canada’s 1st Commercial-Scale moving bed bioreactor (MBBR) Treating Selenium and Nitrate at 520 gpm

Integrated Sustainability delivered Canada’s first commercial-scale moving bed biofilm reactor (MBBR) system for selenium and nitrate removal from mine effluent. Full-service design, equipment supply, and field engineering supported a 520 gpm facility.
