Integrated Sustainability designed and supplied equipment for a 11,000 m³/d produced water recycling plant inclusive of two project phases. The project marked Canada’s 1st commercial scale water treatment facility for produced water recycling, utilizing a technology-neutral, fit-for-purpose design.

  • Developed a produced water recycling plant with a 11,000 m³/d capacity utilizing a microbubble flotation unit and customized filtration system tailored to site-specific contaminants.
  • Design and equipment supply was executed under a fixed-price delivery model and included a performance guarantee.
  • The water recycling plant began as a design competition between several vendors, after securing the project its execution was completed in 2 phases – both of which are operational today.
  • A technology agnostic approach enabled fit-for-purpose treatment packages, aligning the final product with the client’s needs.
