If key parameters are already fixed through regulation, prior studies, or binding commitments, a feasibility assessment may add limited value. In such cases, focused design or regulatory support work is often more appropriate than re-testing viability.

Does feasibility work replace later detailed studies?

No. Feasibility assessments bound and screen options; they do not provide the resolution required for detailed design, permitting submissions, or final investment decisions.

How definitive are feasibility conclusions?

Conclusions are conditional on stated assumptions and data quality. They are intended to inform decisions, not to remove uncertainty entirely or predict final outcomes.
