Integrated Sustainability evaluated 3 sites and several water intake technologies to meet a 60,000 m³/d raw water demand. The recommended Riverbank Filtration (RBF) system simplified regulatory approvals, minimized in-river construction, and reduced stakeholder engagement.

• Completed a multi-criteria analysis workshop comparing 4 intake alternatives, including infiltration gallery, bank intake, in-river bed intake, and RBF system.
• Delivered a project execution plan outlining updated design basis assumptions, schedule risks, and engineering scope for the execute phase.
• Hosted a risk management session to review environmental, operational, and permitting uncertainties with stakeholders.
• Reviewed construction sequencing and seasonal constraints to inform a phased implementation strategy.
