Integrated Sustainability reviewed and adapted a surf park design from Australia to North American standards. The project involved generating a Design Basis Memorandum, site-specific planning, stakeholder engagement, and addressing water supply and noise abatement.

• Generated a Design Basis Memorandum (DBM) document for the Americas Base Design.
• Participated in design review workshops with Australian Design Team.
• Based on the knowledge gained in the design review, generated a scope of work, budget, and schedule to convert the Australian Design package for implementation as the Americas Base Design.
• Provided site specific support for water supply rights, Surf Resort permitting scope, and cost estimates for planning
• Interfaced with local stakeholders.
• Estimated the scope of work to provide custom site-specific solutions for noise abatement and customer experience.
