Integrated Sustainability had a client request a desktop study and field investigation in order to provide conceptual design layouts, and a Class 5 construction cost estimate in support of an Industrial Refuse Landfill expansion.

project deliverables

  • Conducted UAV-enabled survey, field geophysics, and site sampling to support landfill siting.
  • Generated 3D models and conceptual layouts for landfill and ring road alternatives, incorporating civil and geotechnical input.
  • Prepared recommended layout drawings including plan and section views for landfill and road alignment.
  • Delivered existing conditions and title sheet drawings for site-wide documentation.
  • Compiled summary letter outlining design rationale and feasibility.
