Integrated Sustainability supported the development and multi-year implementation of an Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) program for a Canadian energy company. The engagement began with strategy development and delivery of an inaugural ESG report, followed by 3 consecutive years of data refreshes, climate disclosure updates, and web-based content revisions. This ongoing collaboration enabled consistent alignment with evolving disclosure frameworks and maintained continuity in ESG performance communication.

  • Conducted materiality assessment and stakeholder engagement to define ESG priorities and risks.
  • Benchmarked peer disclosures and created a best-practice ESG framework aligned to industry standards.
  • Developed the inaugural ESG report including data narrative, performance tables, and metrics dashboard.
  • Issued annual ESG data refreshes for three subsequent years, including review and consolidation of operational and emissions data.
  • Prepared comparative metric tables and coordinated data transfer to a web-based ESG reporting platform.
  • Updated climate disclosures annually under the Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures structure.
  • Provided optional gap analysis aligned with proposed Canadian Sustainability Standards Board reporting regulations.
