Integrated Sustainability has managed the operation and maintenance of a 13,200 gpd water reclamation plant in Barbados for Coca-Cola since 2013, following its design and installation in 2010. Work focused on optimizing membrane bioreactor performance, automating treatment controls, and applying predictive maintenance strategies to maintain efficient operations and consistent reclaimed water output.

• Provided labor, supervision, tools, equipment, material, and transportation necessary to perform full-service operations, preventive and predictive maintenance, safety and system inspections and tests on specified wastewater treatment plant systems and equipment.
• Replaced worn and defective parts which have resulted from normal operation of the wastewater treatment plant.
• Complete operational checks on the wastewater treatment plant, performance of complete maintenance examinations including inspection, testing, adjustment, cleaning, and if conditions and usage warrant, repair, or replacement of necessary parts.
• Remotely monitored key process indicators to guide site response and smooth operation of the treatment plant.
