Integrated Sustainability developed a comprehensive Blue Economy policy framework and strategic action plan for Barbados, commissioned by the Inter-American Development Bank. This initiative promoted sustainable economic growth across energy, fisheries, coastal management, and water resources, addressing climate change impacts through local and international collaboration.

• Gathered data, conducted a gap analysis, and prepared a data collection protocol and management mechanism to allow a better understanding of the existing conditions.
• Developed an action plan & roadmap, the coordination mechanism, and the data protocol report.
• Developed a report outlining the implementation.
• Engaged in 2 stakeholder workshops to gather the input and recommendations of various agencies.
