The Challenge
Integrated Sustainability was asked to identify any actual or potential sources of environmental risk or liability on a property that may have resulted from past or present land uses, construction activities, Site management, and/or operations. Our client wanted to reduce the uncertainty of any potential environmental concerns or liabilities and asked us to make any recommendation for further environmental investigation of the subject property.
The Result
Integrated Sustainability assisted in making informed decisions about property transactions, meeting regulatory requirements. Based on the findings of the Phase I ESA conducted by Integrated Sustainability, a Phase II ESA for the Site is not necessary to be completed.
