The Challenge
Integrated Sustainability has been retained to develop detailed engineering for a mine water treatment plant located in British Columbia, Canada. Deliverables include full detailed discipline engineering including plant layout optimization, and process piping design to maximize performance while reducing footprint and cost.
The water treatment plant will be designed to treat water to release quality. Major constituent removal is focused on selenium and metals.
The Result
The project began in early 2017 with an interdisciplinary team that includes deliverables from engineers specializing in Piping, Mechanical, Electrical, Structural, Civil, Architectural, and HVAC. Additionally, Integrated Sustainability is contracted to support procurement. The project is expected to be completed in Q3 of 2017.
