Location Manager – Saskatoon

As a Location Manager, you will play a vital role in supporting diverse, interdisciplinary projects across our organization, focusing on delivering high-quality and sustainable solutions for our clients. Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day location operations and delivery of projects.
  • Develop and implement operational processes that enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Support in financial analysis, budgeting, and reporting to ensure the location meets business objectives and financial goals.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to team members to support professional growth and project success.
  • Identify areas for operational improvements and implement strategies to increase location efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Work alongside consulting teams to plan, execute, and review project deliverables and outcomes.
  • May support contracts, proposals, and client communications.  
  • Contribute to client communications, proposals, and contract negotiations.

Position Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Science, or Operations Management. Preferably in a related field such as water or environmental.
  • 8+ years of experience in operations, business management, or consulting roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting business activities, preferably within a consulting environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with project management tools is a plus.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills – ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Project management and laboratory service experience preferred but not required.

  • Exceptional interpersonal and client management skills.
  • Excellent English communication skills, and experience in preparing and reviewing technical reports.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical abilities.
  • Legally able to work in Canada.
